Sacramento Real Estate Agent Recommendations?

Happy Holidays all!

Quick question: does anyone have any real estate agent recommendations for Sacramento, CA? Particularly, I am looking for someone with experience in helping investors find and secure profitable residential (2 to 4 units) multi-family house hacking deals in the area.

My goal as a first-time buyer is to begin house hacking profitably in summer 2016 (by end of August the latest). I have several Sacramento zip codes already in mind, and after my independent research and several conversations with other RE investors, I am more serious about making this a reality. This is also my first discussion-starting post (minus saying hello)! I told myself I would only do so when I was ready to commit.

Any referrals that you could share with me would be great - thank you, BP!
