Pool Owners Queries. Please Advice.

Hi All Pool Owners,

We have a play pool at our property in the Phoenix suburbs that needs a major overhaul. Pool pump is leaking and the pool surface is toward the end of life. For the pool pump, we want to get it replace completely and for the pool surface, we want to get pebble tec. We are trying to define SOW for contractors and need to understand all things that we need to add. This is our first time owning a pool so need to understand are different options for pool pumps and pool resurfaces? if you have any ballpark cost analysis and recommendation please pour in.
