Phoenix, Arizona tops US in population growth more than LA, NYC.   Looks like USAA going to add 2,000 more jobs and many other adding jobs.   Is it going to keep going up?  Looks like it, supply at 2.2 months and declining.

That all makes sense to me.   I think the big difference now however is there are more jobs in Phoenix than in the previous crash.   

Also, many are moving from the North and Cali to Arizona than before.   Especially the baby boomers who are finally retiring.   No one know the future but I think Phoenix values will grow.

The bottom line is:   Phoenix is the fastest growing major city in the United States.
