Hello,

I am new to real estate investing. I am wondering what are some good locations in the valley (Tempe Vs Gilbert Vs Scottsdale Vs Phoenix) for Rental Investment (200-350k)? Ideally single family Individual or Town homes. Thanks!

@John M. @Doug McVinua @Bob Razler  @Francisco Garcia Jr John, in answer to your question: Sure. I just bought a 4 bed 2 bath 2003 sq ft just south of Falcon Field airport in Mesa for about $6,000 in costs using Subject To. No bank, no loan needed. Total into $6,000 give or take a few bucks. I got $25,000 down from my Tenant Buyer & I cash flow it at $750 a month. What have *you* been doing with *your* time & money?   ;-)
