How to Stay Busy with Fix/Flips?

Hey all,

I'm looking to build up my connections with wholesalers in the valley. I work in fix/flips and am having a hard time lining up projects. Are wholesalers the way to go or do you guys recommend another way to find deals? Mesa is booming right now and has been where I've been flipping but I'd love to start expanding to Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Phoenix areas.

We are still searching for our first deal. However my partner really wants to focus on wholesaling. I live in Mesa and he is out in Phoenix.
