Double Escrow Closing - Arizona

I am in the process of closing out a wholesale deal in Phoenix. Does anyone have experience working with Empire West Title Agency. They have several locations in the valley. I am looking to do a double closing with end Buyer providing the funds. 

If you don't have experience with them can you recommend a title agency in the valley that work with wholesalers and understand the process for double closings. Thank you!
