Looking to find out about realtors that work with smaller scale investors in Anchorage,Alaska

Any suggestions on Realtors in the Anchorage,AK area that work with investment properties i.e flips,by and hold,duplexes etc? Someone that knows the local market very well and has access to HUD properties,Foreclosures,REO's etc.Someone that is not scared to write that offer when he/she sees the potential for a good deal :) - I am not a very seasoned investor therefor I am also looking to learn a lot. Thank you!
