What are some methods of advertising do you guys use for rental properties? Also how do you scan your tenants?

Facebook gets us the most leads, but some of them aren't very great. Zillow gets us well rounded leads, but not as many. Cozy is great for screening tenants (background and credit checks), rental listings and even online rent payments. It's usually what I recommend if someone is looking for a one stop shop in managing tenants.

For advertising we use:
Doorstep.com, Apartments.com, Facebook, Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, Hotpads.com and a few others that aren't coming to mind at the moment!

Most importantly tell the neighbors and your other tenants! Often times they have friends who are looking to move.
