Tax Deed - Church Property
I have a quote for a deed for a parcel that includes a church and manufactured home. My understanding is that churches are typically tax exempt. Does one simply contact the county and ask if it's legit? If it is legit, are there other pitfalls to buying a delinquent parcel belonging to a church?
