I need to remove a negative mark on my credit report. I went through the WHOLE dispute process a few years back. Nothing happened. What do I do next?

Hello and welcome here Tony!  The next to do is to forget it and to shop on.  I can see that it was probably a Bank.  Go to a locally owned Bank that is not on any Federal requirements.  There's sometimes an Owner Financing,   A  Private Lender that looks more at the projects ability instead of you.  There is also a Partner that is "cash rich" and help you qualify. There ts There's a Hard Money Lender that might help but the most expensive.  I have never heard any person say that the interest rate killed them. Good luck to you!
