Great STR home potential but busy street?!?!

So I have a nice new property in sight for STR. 10 min from world class beaches in Florida, good golfing around etc. property is a good size so has potential to add great pool, Rec area etc.

The home is on a busier street. 1 lane each way. Not massive but busier. Anyone have experience with short term renters having problems being on slightly busier street,?

Agreed with disclosing that detail in the listing, but also include parking access info. If there is no parking, then offer recommendations where to park - in addition to any other recommendations as it relates to the potential issue.
