Hey just FYI. We really need to organize to oppose what communities like Breckenridge, Frisco, Steamboat Springs etc are doing to STR owners. This is pretty much a violation of the 5th and 14th amendments.

A lot of bad information. They want to force second home owners to only rent to long term renters. Hiring enforcement contractors. Basically hate, jealousy, envy and propaganda. 

So FYI..
