Air BnB in apartments
Hi everyone!
we are new to REI but want to start in the STR space, specifically downtown in our city. Anyone have luck converting apartments into STR in regards to speaking with the leasing department? Turn some no's into yes's. Can anyone explain what I NEED to have firsts and then how we go about discussing with the leasing office?
What we have now is an LLC and cash to get started. We are in a REI group, but none of the investors present at meetings have done this in our area.
