multiple investors on a 10% down vacation loan

Hi all- if I am looking to take out a vacation loan for a STR in my name but I have 4-5 people (unrelated to me) bringing the equity to close the deal, how is the best way for them to get me the money without any crazy seasoning period or higher interest rate?
