Air bnb Cincinnati Ohio/ targeting travel nurses.

Hello, everyone. I am currently in contract for a triplex in Cincinnati Ohio. Two of the units are currently rented out, and we are planning on renovating the vacant unit when we get the keys. We are thinking about air bnb'ing the 3rd unit after we renovate it. The property is located close to the City in East Walnut hills and I was thinking about trying to target Travel Nurses due to the high density of hospitals in the area. What is the best way about targeting travel nurses? Also does anyone have experience with Air bnb in Cincinnati/ East Walnut hills?
