Short Term Investment Newbie

Hi everyone.  Thankful for this community of new and experienced investors.  I live in the Los Angeles area and am looking to purchase my first Airbnb/short term investment property.  Any input on which cities might get the most days rented and best cash flow?  We are looking anywhere within about a 3hr drive from Los Angeles so we can go check on the property when we need to.  Thanks in advance for any guidance!
