ISO Lender Recs for Seasonal Camp - Vacation Home & STR friendly

I'm researching a seasonal camp purchase as well as several others for potential STR. Given the market has not fully slowed down I'd like to get pre-approved so I'm ready to go if/when my husband and I find something we like. Anyone have recs on lenders who are well versed in STR, Vacation and Seasonal properties in Southern Maine? I have a couple connections but want to build out the database. Thanks very much in advance.
