LLC or LLP for STRs. Is it Necessary?
Hi everyone. I'm currently in escrow for my first STR here in CA. Trying to decide if I need to put the property in an LLC for tax benefit purposes. Quick questions - Is it necessary? Have you ever done so with any of your properties? If so, why? Thanks all!

Is it a corporation or a partnership? Most likely it’s neither one. Just get an umbrella and call it a day.
