Contract for cleaning

Kristin Lyons
Posted

Hi Investors!
I am renting a fully furnished condo. I am new to renting a furnished place and would like to have a cleaning person (someone who I have met multiple times and trust) to do a light cleaning in the condo once a month. The purpose is to obviously keep clean but also keep a set of eyes on the place and let me know if there is any leaking toilets, major partying etc.

I would like the tenants to sign a contract saying they agree for her to enter the property once a month and clean. I understand there can be liability so I wanted to be sure I had it written out and signed.

Does anyone have key points I should add in the contract or possibly a template they are willing to share?

Thank you!

Kristin
