3 listing for 1 property (need help)

We have a property that consist of a house and a guest house. We just got the listings up and running over the last few days. On Airbnb I have both houses as one listing, the main house as one and the guest house as one. I also have one listing for both houses on VRBO.

Let me see if I can explain what happens.

When the guest house blocks off, it automatically blocks the listing with both and that in turn blocks the listing with the main house. Same thing happens with the main house being blocked. There doesn't seem to be a way to over ride Airbnb when it blocks nights.

I am fairly sure someone has already figured out the best way to handle this issue. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
