Returning to Flathead Valley

After moving away over 15 years ago I'm looking forward to coming back to where my heart calls home (MT). I'm looking to rebuild a network and purchase a summer home & winter rental this year. I haven't found any local wholesalers & deal finders on forums here? Am I looking in the wrong place? I know how nutzo the market is right now so it's a bit intimidating to get back into RE at this particular time. I'd love to connect with other BP members in the Flathead.
