Search Stayz Bookings

Hello Fellow BP Investors,

Has anyone heard of the company "Search Stayz"?  This is the link to their website: https://searchstayz.com/

I had someone reach out to me about putting my properties on their site.  I had never heard of them before but got a couple huge bookings already in just a couple weeks.  It is different because they set up your listing and do all initial guest communication.  I am not sure if that is a good or bad thing yet.  Let me know if you've had any experience working with this company or hosting their guests.  Thanks in advance!
