This guest checked in 3 hours ago. This is what I have so far. First I want to make sure they are ok and get any medical attention if needed. Anyone have experience with this and what to say / do... or better what not to say?

Thanks for the help :/

I'd would reply.

" I am so glad that you are ok, I will get someone over to check that step right away"

Then see what they say don't volunteer anything until you can further access the situation.

Get someone over like a licensed and insured Contractor to check that step. Get a written report from them about what was wrong and how they fixed it.  Get pictures. If nothing is wrong and the person is just a clutz get the Contractor to write that up.
