Pacaso time share feedback

I'd like to here everyone's thoughts on pacaso and its effect in the sfr market.

It seems like another market disruption biz template. 90mil + in VC, cute play on name etc.

They are suing st. Helena now. Home owners are not thrilled with their neighborhoods becoming a time share location.

Do you think mom n pop investors will have a place in this strategy?

Effect on prices?

Inventory?

TIA

I don't understand their competitive advantage? 5 of us form this board could do the exact same thing on any property that we all like. Property management company can handle the operational aspect. Get an interior decorator to furnish and design. Same 12% of the cost that goes to Pacaso.

What am I missing?
