Boston metro area air bnb / str / vrbo

Hi BP community,

For those familiar with the Boston area, I was wondering if any areas outside of downtown Boston make sense to do air bnb / str's?

Would a commuter town like Chelsea, Everett, or Revere have enough demand for the numbers to work?
