Snowbird - how to take credit card, off OTA

I have a snowbird who is currently staying with me.  She'd like to return for a similar time period annually, and would like to use her credit card for airline points.  I currently have her booked through an OTA and we are agreeable to moving off-platform. 

How do I collect funds using her credit card?  Can I use Cozy (or similar) with credit cards? We are a year out...would you collect 1/3 of the total amount?  The entire amount? Any suggestions?
