Problem: Not enough parking for STR tenants
I meeting the foreman of a work crew this evening. They have been staying in a motel since this last weekend. 15 guys with 15 trucks and 15 equipment trailers. That's 30 parking spaces. I can put the foreman and 2 guys and their vehicles in a house that has a double wide driveway and parking on the street. The other 12 guys can split my 2 big houses, each house has 8 beds.
The problem is that only 3 truck/trailers will fit in the available parking for those houses. That leaves 9 trucks and 9 trailers that need 18 parking spaces.
What would you do for 18 parking spaces? This is for approximately 6 months.

Sounds like you need to build a parking garage. See if there is a government grant. The current administration is giving money away.
