Short term rental newbie resources

Account Closed

Hi all! I’m looking for the best resources to launch a successful short term rental for our farm loft.

My wife and I own and operate a farm and we have a loft in the barn we used to live in that I want to use as a short term / vacation rental. Northern Indiana Amish country and a 30 minute drive to Notre Dame stadium. We both have W-2 jobs, run the farm, and I’m an active real estate broker (a house a month and a farm auction every quarter).... so I am looking for ways to streamline all parts of the business by building a process.

Woodsbrookfreshbeef.com is our farm website and it provides a concept for our overall marketing strategy. Farm to table with a pleasing aesthetic. I had a few restaurants as customers until Covid murdered that.

When we successfully rent the loft, I will parlay this into a tiny home out in the woods as an additional rental.

Thanks in advance for the advice!!
