How long to upgrade a network to 5G?

My town's population is 9500. Last night our city commission approved a company to upgrade the network to 5G. About how long would it take and how many people would be involved. I'm asking this because I wonder if it is worth my time to try and get some business for my STRs. If it's 2 guys here for a week, I won't bother. If it's 6+ guys here for a month or longer, I'll give it my full force marketing effort.
