working with a partner on out of state rental condo.  Is the area of 27 Arbor club Drive in Jacksonville, FL a good area?  Any PM that would be a recommendation?  Any known restrictions with this area for short term rentals (say by the week for airbnb)?

    Jacksonville or Ponte Vedra Beach? 

    The HOA would be who could change restrictions. I live in PVB and I don't know about restrictions one way or another. I mean it's not a high tourist destination except for TPC golf tournament.

    I am curious if you’ve found this area to perform well on Airbnb?
