Are there any investors in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg arena that have rental properties in Cosby? Cosby can be up to a 30min drive from central attractions in PF/Gatlinburg. Are you cash flowing well? How far from PF/Gat would you consider "too far out to cash flow?"
