I don't see a lot of STR in that area. Its not popular but it can be a stop off as its just off the I71 and really close to Columbus. Also it can be for folks that prefer to be out in the country.

Management and cleaning is very assessible and affordable for me.. 

Just trying to figure out if its worth the headache to make net probably $10k a year... 

I am a very passive guy and STR doesn't make my list with all the work involve

I would make a property a LTR for an expected annual net income of 10K.
