Anyone using Lynx for Airbnb locks?

Came across a company called Lynx and was curious if anyone uses their smart home system.

I use a Schlage SmartConnect lock managed by a Samsung SmartThings hub on Z-Wave. It has worked perfectly for 4 years now. The batteries last about a year before I swap them out at about 60%.
The Lynx website doesn't have any real info on the technology, protocols or even costs.
Frankly there isn't anything it can do that I can't do with SmartThings widgets.
