Do you allow guests with large / all types of dogs? I have a request with a Rottwilder and unsure if that should be a non-starter
The rental is in a quiet neighborhood and has a fenced in backyard

I think of it this way. People that can afford to stay at my house are generally higher class people. These type people have well behaved kids and pets.
