Airbnb for College Students

Hey Everyone,

I have an Airbnb in a college town and the college just kicked out their undergrads from in-campus living and told them to find housing elsewhere due to COVID. Their options are to find a LTR, live in a small dormitory provided by the school or in my situation book my house.

I'm getting inquiries from students asking and I have two students booked for this coming semester. There are pros and cons to this but I don't mind trying something new. Is anyone else experiencing similar situations?
