Anyone have their own str website and use a pricing service

I currently have a property on Airbnb but am thinking about creating my own site to accept bookings as well. Does anyone use their own site, Airbnb and a third-party pricing service (I use BP now)? I am wondering if there are easy ways to sync calendars... not worth setting up a site if I have to manually sync calendars all the time.
