Brian Page's BNB formula

Nathan Edmonds
Posted

Is there a free version of Brian Page's BNB formula content here on BP? I'm ok paying the $1,000 for his program if it's worth it, but I've read mixed reviews. Mostly on how basic it is. I thought something similar would probably be here or available.

Its not worth it. Everything you need to know can be read through the forums here on BP.

If this is renting out property you don't own this isn't investing it is just a job. Many people that were doing this failed miserably during Covid.

You also need to be a licensed PM to rent out property you don't own.
