VRBO Changing Tennessee Sales Tax Stance

In the state of Tennessee, VRBO will now be operating in the same manner as Airbnb's "DEFAULT" when it comes to sales tax. 

You will still need to collect and remit the local lodging tax (3-4% depending on the jurisdiction)*
