Short term rental resources

Hey everyone! I'm new to REI and am interested in growing wealth and income streams with SFHs and long term rentals. However, I've recently grown intrigued with Short term rentals in tourist markets as another way to grow. As I dig into a little more researching, I would love to know your favorite resources for finding short term rental cash flow, expenses, etc, and for the best way to manage them from afar?
