Investing near Disney World
We have vacationed to Disney World 6 times in the last few years. I always come back thinking I should purchase a short term rental 5 or 6 bedroom single family home in the Windsor Hills Resort. I have ran the numbers many times. This would be more of an investment in the family more than real estate. It appears that the property will support itself with a 25%-35% down payment. Now my question is...with the recent events, can I expect to find some deals soon? I know not every finances these houses. But maybe they need to free up cash or can't support a note. There seems to be a large number of properties on the market. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. I would greatly appreciate anyone's thoughts on this market. Thoughts on short term rentals near Disney World, finding local vendors, decorating for best bookings, Windsor Hills Resort specifically would be awesome.

Hi @Kyle Mccaw. My dad actually owns a few properties near Disney, and they are all rented and cash flowing, even during COVID times. Of course, each situation is different, but I hope this helps with your decision making.
