Anyone doing short term rentals in Northern Nevada? I would just be starting out so will need everything except the property. Any suggestions are so appreciated. Resources, contacts, etc.

    @Gloria C. I don't believe anyone that hangs out here is in that market. Vegas is NOT STR friendly. Doesn't mean Reno is the same but that's the extent of my knowledge lol
