Long term tenant leaving...switching to STR

The local radio is advertising on behalf of myself and other hosts LOL, for guests to enjoy their staycation here in Florida. I am going to take advantage of the situation and see about adding another STR.

I've got a small 3 bed 2 bath house with pool, on the mainland. My current STR is not a pool house, and is on the barrier island, a few blocks from the water. For whatever reason, since we acquired this house, it has had too frequent turns, at about six month rentals. The PM is profiting for each turnover, and can't explain why people want to leave it. So, I am going to go shopping for beds, towels and the rest.

Anyone else taking similar action? Why or why not~
