Graduate seeking advice

Afternoon everyone, as a recent business studies graduate am seeking extra opportunities to start my real-estate journey as you all have embarked on. Thus, brings me to seeking any suggestions on this. I've looked into FHA house hacking (next year in 2021), marketing locations for booking (production, media, events) and analyzing whole-sale deals for investors. Ultimately, looking to connect locations with booking and starting a business around that and doing commission. Of course, these are drafting ideas and any any advice is warmly taken in. Thank you, Anett

There is a lot of information here on BP that you can read in different forums.

New investors often start with wholsaling. This will get you money to be able to start investing.

As Ken mentioned it is advised to stay away from rental arbitrage.
