Just had an inquiry from someone 20 minutes away from out Lake vacation house.

They were going to the smokies for a week but were hesitant about leaving the state.

This was a VRBO inquiry, but I have been getting an unusual amount of Airbnb bookings this year.

Also Airbnb seemed to be shut down for a couple hours yesterday. The message I kept getting was to call Airbnb at listed number if this was critical.

Anyone else run across similar issues?
