Lake Havasu City RV air bnb concept. Just need the land!
So I own a high end fifth wheel that I would like to turn into an air bnb near Lake Havasu. I’m looking for 1-5 acres somewhat close to town. Utilities would be a huge plus. The land must also have very limited zoning restrictions. After all I will be parking a trailer on the property for several years. I think there is potential for cash flow, land appreciation, and an awesome personal vacation spot. Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
