Alternatives to AirBnB and VRBO for 30 day month to month rental

Hi BP Community,

We are researching the best sites to list our rentals for 30 days or more, month to month. We own all of our rentals in one large Ocean Front community and there has been an increasing movement towards regulating STR and we are exploring making our lives easier and starting to rent month to month. We already have lease agreements signed for Jan, Feb, March 2020/2021 (high season) which is why we aren't thinking of 1 year leases. We've used Craigslist before but would prefer a slightly more credible site.

Zillow...I get the majority of my inquires from there. They only give you one listing for free now, with addition listings being 9.99/week. I just list one now and use it as a feeder for my other listings. I also list on Houfy.com which is a new, growing #bookdirect site.
