Hi - Anybody has recommendations for a CPA in NYC/New Jersey area who understands /specializes in real estate and also deals with short term rentals and is reasonably priced? many thanks!

CPA doesn’t need to be in the same state as you or the property. I’ve learned any decent CPA can handle the gig. A monthly bookkeeper is more important. Sorry I don't have a recommendation.
