Basically there is a collection attorney that gets people jailed in order to collect part of their debt.  My wife used to be his office manager before our STRs started to take off.  We decided that we'd make more money if she cleaned properties between occupancies than if she managed that law office.  I think we had about a dozen STRs back then.
