How often do you get contacted by authorities about your STR?

For me, it's about once a year.  Last year it was about a missing person (a refinery contractor from Texas).  Year before last it was about a dead body.  Before then it was game wardens, and another time it was social workers.

Yesterday the police department wanted to know if I owned a house at a certain address.  I did not.  So I looked up the actual owner, he lives in South Carolina and the house is a rental.  I drove by the house today and I saw a vehicle with Texas plates.  Probably a refinery contractor.  I'm guessing the guy in the house got into some sort of trouble and wasn't talking.  The police probably searched him and found one of my pens on him with my phone number on it.  The pens say "Furnished Houses in Coffeyville Kansas....and my phone number".

I run more than 20 in 3 states.  I haven't been contact by the police yet and have been doing it a little over 2 years
