how do you handle entry procedure for your STR in a gated community? I am under contract to buy a unit behind a vehicle gate in a gated community. do you meet your guest there? have you found a technology solution?

@Aaron T. If this is an STR friendly community they will be doing this all day every day and have systems in place. Just ask the folks at the gate. If it is not an area where STR is common.... well, chances are you'll likely find yourself booted sooner than later.
